It allows you to dig out the weeds of your personal limiting beliefs and societal conditioning and re-plant positive affirmations and loving acceptance for yourself, no matter what is going on in your life.

A typical EFT session involves one lightly tapping one's fingertips on the meridian endpoints located at various parts of the body, beginning with the outer edge of the hand, followed by the eyebrow, then the bone beneath the eye, the space between the nose and upper lip, the crease of the chin, the area below the collarbone, then below the armpit, and finally the crown of the head, before repeating on the other side.

Complementing EFT & TFT with special breathing techniques can bring you remarkable results.
