Anyone visiting this restaurant can relish its old-world charm with a tour of the restaurant and the kitchen while sinking into the aromatic flavours of the delectable Kashmiri cuisine. Guests can enjoy the warm welcoming by the chef and the staff with their signature cup of tea while also partaking in the auction of the traditional artifacts and screening of a short film that captures the real essence of Kashmir’s long-standing heritage.

The culinary experience

While immersing themselves in the rich heritage of Kashmir, the guests can get hands-on culinary experience as the chefs walk them through the preparation of the dish chosen by the guests for the occasion, be it a starter, main course, or dessert, and teach them a variety of contemporary trends and traditional techniques to master the said dish.

Following the mini-Master Chef class, the guests will be escorted back to the restaurant to relax and enjoy a few mocktails or cocktails as per their preference before the meal is served.
